The programme aims to be in line with the measures of the “Ten Year Plan for the Development of Non-tertiary Education (2011-2020)” and “Macao Youth Policy (2012-2020)”, encourage students to actively participate in the society, promote students to participate in volunteering, assist schools to build a “Volunteering Portfolio” for every student in an efficient manner, encourage Macao schools to record students’ participation in volunteering on their academic transcripts, so that it can become one of the auxiliary indicators of students’ personal development.
